No engagement is established with USBA solely by visiting this Site or submitting an intake form. A formal advisor-client relationship begins only after a signed engagement letter and payment of any required retainer.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, USBA AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Engagement-based services are governed separately by the engagement letter you sign with USBA.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Morris County, New Jersey.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
